Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 428 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 428 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Platform 428 is only permitted for use by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and take full responsibility for the legality of your usage under applicable local laws.
Account Creation & Security
To use the full services of the 428 platform, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and current information. Each individual is allowed only one active account. Multiple accounts by a single individual are strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity through your account is considered your own unless unauthorized access is immediately reported to 428.
- Do not share your login information with anyone else.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 428 account.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
- 428 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
428 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security and platform compliance.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 428 platform user, you agree to use all services legally, responsibly, and without harming other users or the integrity of the platform. Unauthorized use includes but is not limited to:
- Attempts to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform’s systems.
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Abuse of promotions or bonuses through dishonest means or multiple accounts.
- Financial fraud, money laundering, or any activities that violate Malaysian law.
- Spreading false information or illegal content through any platform communication channels.
428 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these terms and take appropriate actions, including suspending or closing accounts without notice if immediate measures are necessary to protect the platform and other users.
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 428 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports various local payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, TNG eWallet, and DuitNow QR for convenient deposits and withdrawals by Malaysian users.
- Deposit: All deposits are subject to minimum limits based on the chosen payment method. Balances are credited once transactions are confirmed by the payment processor.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within the specified timeframe based on VIP level and chosen method. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply.
- Transaction Security: All transactions are processed through secure channels. 428 does not store your credit card or banking details directly.
- Suspicious transactions: 428 reserves the right to suspend or investigate any transaction suspected of fraud or violating terms of use.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the payment details provided. 428 is not liable for delays or failed transactions caused by user errors or issues beyond the platform’s control.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
428 Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 428 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. 428’s liability is limited to the amount directly involved in the related transaction.
Account Suspension & Closure
428 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Failure to verify identity when requested.
- Account inactive for a specified period without any transactions.
If an account is closed due to violations, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. The final decision on the account balance depends on the investigation outcome.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, domain names, and software used on the 428 platform are the exclusive property of 428 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any platform content without prior written permission.
